This item has done wonders for my yoga workouts at home. Until I got this pad, I was using a blanket or a towel; this beats them both. I saw the reviews before buying it. When I got it, I didn't feel the smell is that strong as the people said (my nose is as good as dogs :P) Never move when I exercise on it! For the size, I would like to order a wider one.
